Introducing Mr Kevin Ryan.

Kevin is a professional speaker, based in Brisbane, who has spoken across Australia and in the USA.  His clients comment on his high energy professional style and the lengths to which he goes to tailor a presentation for their group.

He speaks over 100 times a year on the topics of customer service and sales, humour in business and communication skills.  His clients include business, government and community groups.  he has done extensive work with small business owners, retail staff, community leaders and elite athletes.

He has written eight books on communication skills that are published in Australia and the UK and distributed throughout Australasia, South Africa, UK and Asia.  He has twice represented Australian Toastmasters in the contest for the World Championship of Public Speaking in the USA and he is a Professional Member of the National Speaker's Association of Australia.
