FAQ

  • How do I make a booking?
    We are able to hold a tentative booking for up to 7 days.  Upon booking the venue a $500 deposit is required to secure the facilities (which is deducted off your final account).  No further payment is required until the Monday prior to your wedding date (although we are happy to accept part-payments if this is your preferred method).
  • When do I need to confirm final details?
    We will contact you approximately 4 weeks prior to make an appointment to discuss your final details. Final guest numbers are required the Monday prior to your wedding date.
  • How many people do you seat per table?
    In order to maximise room space we require a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 10 people per table.
  • Can you provide chair covers for our on-site ceremony?
    Yes, these are included in our ceremony packages.
  • Do you have off-street parking?
    We have ample off-street parking available for your guests with the added convenience of guests being able to leave their car overnight should they decide to make alternative arrangements home.
  • We have some guests who have special dietary requirements, how do we best cater to the needs of these people?
    We ask that all brides and grooms request dietary information on their wedding invitations. This enables Riverglenn to meet the needs of all guests attending your wedding reception. Our chef is more than happy to plate a meal based on the individual needs of your guests (ie. Vegetarian, Gluten Free etc). This information is required the Monday prior to your wedding date.
  • Is your venue wheelchair accessible?
    Yes, all Reception Rooms are wheelchair accessible.
